ISU WORLD JUNIOR FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019, ZAGREB, CROATIA,
MONDAY 4TH - SUNDAY 10TH MARCH 2019
Competing at his first ever ISU WORLD JUNIOR FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS on WEDNESDAY 6TH MARCH 2019, VOVA skated a lovely SP with just one (major 😕 ) mistake....a loss of control on the landing of his triple lutz, which was the first part of his combination jump (and which therefore meant that he missed executing the second jump), to finish in 16th place out of 37 with a score of 68.94 that included the 13th highest PCS.
Despite looking somewhat disappointed in the kiss and cry following his skate, VLADIMIR produced a competent performance in the JUNIOR MEN FS on SATURDAY 9TH MARCH at his first ever ISU WORLD JUNIOR FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS, which took place in ZAGREB, CROATIA, from MONDAY 4TH through until SUNDAY 10TH MARCH, to place 14th out of 24 in the FS with a score of 127.99, that included the 10th highest TES but also two pints deducted for falls on his quad toe and triple lutz, and 13th overall with a total score of 196.93. An improvement of three places on his SP finish 🙂 !
