ISU GP OF FS HUMANA SKATE AMERICA, ALLEN, TEXAS, USA
FRIDAY 20TH - SUNDAY 22ND OCTOBER 2023

On FRIDAY 20TH OCTOBER VOVA got into full competitive mode when he began his campaign at the ISU GRAND PRIX OF FIGURE SKATING event HUMANA SKATE AMERICA, which took place in ALLEN, TEXAS, from FRIDAY 20TH through until SUNDAY 22ND OCTOBER.

The MEN SP got under way at 19.53 local time/01.53 UK time/22.53 Moscow time, with VOVA scheduled to be the 4th skater to take to the ice, at 20.19 local time/02.19 UK time/23.19 Moscow time, out of the 12 in this competition.

Following a few struggles throughout last season, we are very excited to see where this season will take VOVA…..

Many congratulations to VOVA for a great start to the 2023/24 season at the ISU GRAND PRIX OF FIGURE SKATING event HUMANA SKATE AMERICA, which took place in ALLEN, TEXAS, from FRIDAY 20TH through until SUNDAY 22ND OCTOBER.

VOVA placed 8th out of 12 in the SP with a score of 74.61, that included the 6th highest TES but also a one point deduction for a fall on his quad toe to open.

However in FS, VOVA made a great comeback to finish in 3rd place out of 12 with a score of 162.83, that included the 2nd highest TES, and 5th overall with a total score of 237.44.
